5-digit DC digital panel meter for analog signals such as 4-20 mA or 0-10 V. Programmable zero and span using three methods: scale and offset, two-points, or system-level calibration using actual transducer signals for known readings. Fast read rates with peak hold. An Extended processor version allows custom curve linearization and rate from successive readings. Fast read rates with peak hold. Includes isolated transducer excitation supply. Optional analog output, relays, and data I/O. Five 0.56" (14.2 mm) high digits, 1/8 DIN case. |
This digital panel meter totalizes 0-1 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V analog signals, for example to display totalized volume from the 4-20 mA analog signal of a flow meter transducer. Capabilities include zero and span adjustment, square root extraction from differential flow meter signals, custom curve linearization, and elapsed time based on rate (for example, the time it will take bread to traverse an oven). Optional data I/O and relays for alarm or control. Six 0.56" (14.2 mm) high digits, 1/8 DIN case. |

5-digit DC digital panel meter for application where the signal is a changing resistance. A built-in isolated 10 Vdc excitation supply powers four 350-ohm load cells in parallel. Ratiometric operation with 4-wire bridge connection cancels variations in the excitation supply. Most sensitive full-scale input is ±200 mV. Multiple selectable filtering methods assure a stable display. Programmable zero and span using three methods: scale and offset, two-points, and system-level calibration using actual transducer signals. Auto-tare with tare value stored in memory for weighing applications. Optional analog output, relays, and data I/O. Five 0.56" (14.2 mm) high digits, 1/8 DIN case. |

6-digit scalable counter with dual inputs from a wide range of pulse signal sources. Ideal as a tachometer or flow meter display. Allows square root extraction, custom curve linearization, and display of rate or total. Dual channels allow addition or subtraction of two rates or taking the ratio of two rates, for example to display draw (Ch A / Ch B - 1). Includes isolated transducer excitation supply. Fast read rates with peak hold. Optional analog output, relays, and data I/O. Six 0.56" (14.2 mm) high digits, 1/8 DIN case. |
Scalable process meter powered by 4-20 mA, 10-50 mA or 1-5 mA current loop, with no need for external power. 3 1/2 LCD digits, 12.7 mm (0.50") digit height, 1/8 DIN case. |
Low-cost, screwdriver-adjusted, 3-1/2 digit panel meter indicator available for process signals (e.g., 4-20 mA, 0-10 V). Includes non-isolated transducer excitation supply. No control outputs. 3-1/2 digits, 0.56" (14.2 mm) digit height, 1/8 DIN case. |
Available with 4 or 6 digits and a digit height of 2.2" (57 mm), 4" (102 mm), 6" (150 mm), or 8" (200 mm) for long viewing distances. Available for process signals, rate / frequency, temperature, and more. Includes transducer excitation supply. Optional dual 5A relays, analog output, and serial data output. Choice of display brightness and cases for indoor or outdoor mounting. |

Fits 22.5 x 45 mm cutout. Accepts 4-20 mA, 0-10 mA, 0-2V, 1-5 V, or 0-10 V signals. 3-1/2 0.39" (10 mm) high digits. Powered from 10-30 Vdc. |
30-segment bar graph meter with 75 mm (3") scale length for 4-20 mA, 0-1 mA, 0-10V, or 1-5 V process signals. Optional dual-relay output. |

Transducers for flow, rate, RPM and other process variables typically put out an analog DC signal, such as 4-10 mA or 0-10 V, or a pulsed / AC signal. Strain gauge transducers provide a changing resistance and require bridge excitation. Laurel offers digital panel meters for all these signals with scaling to display in engineering units, such as GPM, liters/sec, PSI or LBS. Capabilities include custom curve linearization, square root extraction, rate from successive readings, totalizing from rate signals, analog outputs tied to the reading, and relay outputs for alarm or control.
Flow meter readout for flow rate or totalized flowֲ is a major application of Laureate panel meters and counters. The Laureate Model FR dual-channel pulse input counters can display flow rate, totalized flow, the ratio of two flows, or the ratio of two totals to control mixing. It can also display the sum of two flows (for total flow) or the difference of two flows (for net flow). The Laureate Model VF can display flow rate or totalized flow for 4-20 mA, 0-1 mA or 0-10 V analog signals.
